Jonas Krommendijk
Jonas joined the ECTM group in April 2024. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. His research interests are MEMS devices for biomedical applications, like organs-on-chip or other microfluidic devices.
During the past year, Jonas was part of the board of the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek study association, the study association of Biomedical Engineer and Biomedical Design (MSc ME) students. He also completed a 6-month internship at imec Belgium (Leuven, BE) at the Department of Life Science and Technology, where he worked in the Microfluidics team on research related to electrokinetics.
Besides studying at TU Delft, Jonas is currently living in Amsterdam where he enjoys the city life, plays field hockey, and does some running in his spare time.
