Theodoros Tsapekos

I was born in Drama, Greece 1999. I received my BSc with integrated MSc in Electrical Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace in Xanthi, Greece by the end of 2022. After a 9-month stage in the army, I started the EE-ME MSc track in TU Delft in 2024. My work in the ECTM group will focus on fabricating a nanoparticle-based gas sensing device with an integrated microheater, which will aim to detect carbon dioxide. The nanoparticles will be generated through a technique called spark ablation, which will be coupled with a dry printing system based on inertial impaction.
