ir. Yuanxing Xu

Yuanxing Xu was born in Nanjing, China, in 1988. She received her B.Sc. in Measurement and Control Technology at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2011 and cum laude M.Sc. in Microelectronics at Delft University of Technology in 2013. Her master thesis project was on fabrication and characterization of solution processed SiO2 films based on liquid silicon. From the end of 2013, she worked as a System engineer in Applied Micro Electronics "AME" B.V. in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, for one and half years. And since May, 2015, she joined in the ECTM group of TU delft as a PhD candidate. She is currently working on the development of active devices at ultralow temperature for the quantum computer application.
