MSc Kaneeze Noorul Ain

Kaneeze Noorul Ain completed her Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, India. She then pursued a Master of Science in Nano Electronic Systems at the TU Dresden, Germany, graduating in 2023. During her studies, she did her master’s project work at IAVT, Dresden, Germany on Cu-metallization of AMB substrates. Later, she got an opportunity to work as a student researcher as well as to do her master’s thesis at Fraunhofer IZM-ASSID, Dresden, Germany. There she has been involved in cutting-edge research, particularly, Cu Nanowire-based interconnections at 10μm pitch. After graduation, she joined Silicon Austria Labs, Villach as a scientific researcher in Heterogeneous Integration Technologies team where she is currently working on packaging for power electronic devices.

She joined TU Delft, Netherlands as a PhD student in Electronics Components, Technology and Materials (ECTM) group in Microelectronics department in Feb, 2024. She is currently working in All2GaN - an EU project, focusing on the integration and packaging of GaN devices with Cu printed interconnections.
