Biography

Baoyun Sun received his Ph.D. degree in MEMS and Nano Technology and B. E. degree in Mechatronic Engineering both from Northwestern Polytechnical University (China) in 2020 and 2014, respectively. In February 2021, he joined the Electronic Components, Technology and Materials (ECTM) group as a postdoctoral researcher at Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.
