Biography
Min Qu, works in North China University of Technology after obtaining her Ph.D degree in 2009. She is an associate professor in material science and engineering. Her expertise lies in fabrication, microstructure and properties of electronic packaging interconnect materials, metal matrix composite and directional solidification. She has hosted and participated in multiple projects.
